On hearing an appeal, the Appeal Tribunal may –
- dismiss the appeal and confirm the decision of the Authority;
- allow the appeal and set aside the decision of the Authority;
- vary the decision of the Authority; or
- allow the appeal and direct the Authority to arrive at a fresh decision on the matter,
- and shall give a written copy of its decision, including the reasons therefore, to the appellant, the Authority and the Inspectorate.
