What if someone tampers with their card in any way?

A person commits an offence if the person willfully tampers with a National Identification Card and shall be liable on conviction in the Parish Court, to a fine of up to Three Million Dollars ($3M) or to imprisonment of up to 3 years or to both fine and imprisonment.
