What is the penalty if you use your card for fraud?

A person who uses a National Identification Card to impersonate an enrolled individual or permits or induces another person to use a National Identification Card to impersonate an enrolled individual will be liable on conviction to a fine of up to Three Million Dollars ($3M) or to imprisonment of up to 3 years or to both fine and imprisonment.
