Will I be able to get a report on the information stored in the databases about me, as well as a record of verification requests for my identity?

An individual is entitled to be provided by the Authority with the following information:

• A statement of all the information stored in the National Databases about that individual; and
• A record of all the requests for verification of identity information that the individual received from requesting entities.
