The Authority strictly regulates verification and authentication services. Third parties are required to be accredited by the Authority to use these services. The Authority will not disclose any information stored in the National Identity Databases without the consent of the enrolled individual and will never disclose the fingerprint in providing these services.
The Authority will only disclose your information in other circumstances where it is legally required to do so by the Court, or by another law [in the fight against identity theft and other types of identity fraud].
